I mistakenly sized down and it was slightly too small for me (especially the belt!). So I'd say it is true to size. Colour is great, more a true khaki. Material is slightly scratchy but I'd put up with it. May reorder in small.

I really wanted this dress it looked nothing like the photo unfortunately. Disappointed and it went back.
