Lace-inset cotton dress

If I had a body of a goddess I'd wear this beautiful dress as it is but sadly I haven't, it's gorgeous, well made and simple styling. The only thing is it's like a slip or a nightie and shows all the bits you'd probably like to hide. Saying that I have found a perfect solution and I wear it underneath other dresses that are paper thin, it creates a lagenlook style and looks dreamy. If you have got to the end of this review well done. To summarise, love this dress but wear it as a layer.

Surprised to find a zip in the side at this price. Straps are adjustable. Skirt is very long - neither maxi nor midi, but hits the leg at the point that makes you look dumpy and badly dressed. There is an excess of fabric on the zipless side. Assume this was an oversight in planning the pattern/keeping cut simple, so it makes the dress lopsided.

Beautiful lightweight dress, a bit see through but I bought a couple of these dresses as nightdresses for my holidays as they are lightweight and comfortable. Good quality cotton material, nice and cool for hot nights. As a dress it might need an underskirt unless you wear it as a beach coverup which would be lovely.

Beautiful detail on dress. Too fitted for me on top as only had smaller size in stock but think would be true to size for my shape. Good length. Not as see through as thought based on other reviews.

It's the perfect summer vacation dress. The only thing you can not colored under garments with it black or white is best. With that out the it's beautiful love the lace trimmings on it. Great fit

Really pretty dress and I had ordered in black and white but it's that really thin see through cotton so returned both.

I ordered in large and it fits like a large. The bust area is a bit close. I love the little details on this dress.

The fabric was very thin and top part is a little bit longer than my expectation! In overall the fit is not good

Absolutely love this. Simple, loose fit for a 8/10 and elegant. Can't wait for weather to wear it.
