Although I have given this coat a 2 star rating, those 2 stars are really only for the versatile, neutral colour and some of the design features such as the belted cuff detail and good-sized lapel. When I saw the actual item in person, I really could not have been more disappointed in it. My first disappointment was in the quality which, for a Premium line item is incredibly poor. When I received the brand new item, the fabric already had a bobbled appearance in places where it had been folded. The fabric content (60% wool) was one of the things that appealed to me but this coat does not have a luxurious or thick, warm feel. It does not feel expensive. The only thing that gives it warmth is the huge amount of fabric. The sizing and proportions are second disappointment. I am a UK 6-8 and ordered a size XS. Although I wanted an over-sized fit, this was so over-sized that there was nothing fashionable or intentional about it. It just looks out of all proportion, mainly around the hip area where it balloons out and then appears to taper in again at the hem. It just doesn't feel well-cut and it doesn't feel well made. Hugely, hugely disappointed.
