Very comfy. In a size 10 and went for medium. I maybe could have gone for a size 8 if I wanted a more fitted feel but these are perfect for what I wanted them for

The top band is not stretchy it is kind of uncomfortable , it is tight but the rest is stretchy just the part around the hips is not a stretchy band

I really like the fit. I took one star off because the size is not printed on but rather a couple of annoying fabric tags I snipped off.
