I like this dress very much and it looks great on me however, upon receiving it and as I was steaming my garment for wear I noticed two rather large snags in the fabric on the sleeve which are rather visible. I had already removed the tags so it was too late to return them. I was disappointed because I purchased this garment online and I'm certain that had I bought it in store I would have noticed and picked up a different dress as a result. I would expect H & M to use that same level and discernment and care when packaging online orders and am disappointed in the miss in this instance. It has made me skeptical about purchasing online and am writing this to hopefully encourage greater diligence moving forward.
