Cut tape to desired length. Place the tape as desired on clean dry skin. Firmly press and smooth tape in place. Hold for 20 seconds while the adhesive sets. Do not leave on skin for more than 6 hours. REMOVAL: Use warm water to saturate the tape where it meets the skin and gently peel off. Any remaining adhesive can easily be wiped off with a soft cloth.
