Bought for a funeral as an alternative to black. It is sooo creased that no amount of ironing is smoothing it out. Really annoyed! As for the fit some people said to stick to your normal size but it is rather big and wide fitting in the body but ok on the shoulders

It's a beautiful coat wish I could keep it but it was way too oversized for me. I would've preferred a fitted look but it was still loose felt like loose M. Other than that it's cute and especially love the gold button details. It's made for early to late fall

A beautiful coat, just in love with the style. It's not meant for the coldest of winter, but the material does look warm enough for most days. Definitely size down, i would usually buy a small for enough shoulder room but the xs was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. The jacket feels thick and well made. I normally order M from H&M but saw some previous reviews recommend to size down. I'm glad I listened to them and ordered S. S fits me perfectly.

Love this coat! Perfect for work. Warm and looks and feels more expensive than what it was. Am size Small and this is good fit with enough room for jumpers underneath. Good high neck for when it's cold.

This jacket is a timeless piece. High quality fabric. I wear size L but I ordered the recommended size M from the size chart and it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this one.

A little oversized on me bought a large and im a size 16. Love the coat, will need to turn up the sleeves as too long on me but thats a usual issue for me. Coat hangs well too
