I recently ordered a 40R suit jacket, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had tried the same size in-store and it fit perfectly. However, the jacket I received had noticeably longer sleeves, so the sizing seems inconsistent. The bigger issue was the condition of the item. It arrived heavily wrinkled and creased, to the point that it's not wearable without ironing or dry cleaning. For a new product, this is not acceptable, especially when it may cost extra just to make it presentable. Overall, the quality and presentation did not meet expectations. I would recommend checking the item in-store rather than ordering online.
