Happyy customer. I kept asking few times to notify me when its back in stock on my hnm account. Had this in my basket for a month or so and was lucky the price stayed the same. Went from £70 to £15. When it arrived I tried it on and it was a good fit even though the size guide suggested size small 6-10. I wear uk10 and got a medium. I can wear this three different ways as the collar is unique. It folds differently when jacket is open/ zipped up which creates the short collar or buckled collar creating the turtleneck. Was worried the two silver buckles would look tacky but was not bad in person. This coat was designed really well though the inside could've been better with inside pockets and finishing loose stitches. Outside part back of jacket has few bits of loose fabric - fluffs but not that big of a concern from price reduction and materials the coat is made out of.
