I love these, the cincher in the waist band is very clever so if you fluctuate in size it will be very helpful to ensure these don't get too loose. I have no intention of wearing these as maternity pants, they're just good for every day, any person. A little bit cropped on my height (5'8'') but it looks deliberate and I like them that way.

Not for heavily pregnant, I'm 31 weeks and sized up to a M form my usual S in H&M and there's no way they could fasten even under my bump
Loose-fit trousers in an airy weave made from a linen blend. Low waist with a zip fly and a concealed button and hook-and-bar fastener. Diagonal side pockets, welt back pockets and wide legs with pleats at the front and creases down the front and back. Concealed, adjustable elastication in the waistband so the waist width can be adjusted allowing the trousers to be worn both during and after pregnancy.
