Plissé dress

It's a very pretty dress (I'm cutting off so it's a top). I may have been able to go down a size (I'm a 16 and bought XL). It technically sits correctly at my shoulders but it's so full, blouson-y at the shoulders and arms, it adds girth when girth is not desired. I'm taking it in under the arms, and down the arms and sides to alleviate some of the fullness. It also has weird draping in front under breast area which is too much, not needed. I also wish it had been available in cool colour options. But I will wear it with jeans for casual dinners out :)

Lovely for late spring and early summer It is sheer so satin full underskirt to wear underneath, The bust part of the dress is however lined. It is low cut so again hence the need for a satin chemise full slip underneath. It is a very pretty print NOT too bold, but subtle. I was overall pleased with the garment for the price as the fabric although sheer is a lovely quality. NOT too heavy allowing the design to drape.

What a stunner! I'm glad I listened to HM size recordation and went with size S. I am normally 14 on top and 12 on buttom. Normally I'd go with size M for similar dresses. It covers mom's belly very well, if you have one. The bust line is low, but beautiful. If you have good busy shape, you can go braleess, if not, you might consider a good bra to put it in place. I hope this will be helpful to someone.

As per the other reviews the V on this is very deep! this isn't too bad for me as I don't have anything to escape (so to speak), but its still not work appropriate (or even general wear except as a pool cover up for me). It was such a bargain though, and a few stitches will fix that so I have kept it. I bought my usual size (XS) and it fits well

I really love this dress, the material and pattern. unfortunately, it was made badly and the drape was longer at the front than the back. Also, the please material didn't sit right (was puffing up) under the bust line. Such a shame.

It's a cute dress with lots of potential.. on the description it was noted as short but it's def long, even for the small size. I had to return it bc it's just too oversized in an unflattering way.

I expected light weight fabric based on description but this is actually very heavy. I would say it's far more of an autumn weight than summer. Good fit and quality material. True to size.

The fit is nice, the neck line isn't deep, but you likely can't wear a bra with it. material is thick enough, doesnr appear to be see through. Got an xxs, length is just above the knees.

I loved the fabric but I didn't like the cut on the top. If you have a small chest it just looks like your breast are so so low in your body. The sleeves were devine tho
