The skirt fits well and I like the built in shorts underneath. I've been looking for a white mini bubble skirt that's reasonably priced and this fits the bill. My only issue is the material seems really wrinkled like it needs to be ironed/steamed.also, material is like that track pants material that makes that swoosh swoosh sound.
