Knitted flared-skirt dress

I am so torn on this one. A lot thinner than I anticipated, so it is light weight but the quality makes me hesitant to keep it. I am wanting to use this as a beach cover up, it would absolutely not be suitable to wear as a dress unless you had some sort of slip. I am 5'8" and it's very short on me. The length and shear material makes it only suitable for beach cover for me.

It's a lovely knitted dress that would be so nice for summer or holidays. I'm a size 10,small 12 and the medium was tight and showing all my bumps. Definitely needed a L
