Looks just like the picture. Not a leather bag - my preference - and is firm material so it doesn't sag. Looks like pleather, but that's not bad. Adjustable strap. Not quite large enough to easily wear it cross body, but it is possible. (I'm 5.5 and a medium build) my mom keeps complimenting me on it. :)
