It has really nice, crisp cotton but as a petite (5'3") it's too long? It's super voluminous so the fact that it's an inch or two too long makes it super billowy. It felt like I was wearing a petticoat. I love the tie details, but I didn't see myself wearing it. Not see-thru and true to size.
