I have many boots from HM they are all quite well made. I love them. These are poorly made. They fit strangely. They have an awful profile and fit. I'm sending them back. So disappointed

Super unquality! The leather H&M label on the insole caused a wound on my foot, and even though I tried to remove it, it is integrated into the insole and cannot be separated!
