If you're between sizes i would sizes up. Runs very short, probably not suited for those with long torsos unless you dont mind it being a touch cropped. Arm holes are quite large which is fine because it's vest that is meant to be warm over things but if you were planning on wearing it as a shirt you may want to wear a cami or something under it. Otherwise fabric is good, not itchy. I like that it doesnt have ugly buttons that h&m has been doing recently with a lot of their knits.
