I'm usually between a small and a medium at H&M and the small is just about perfect so I'd say slightly bigger- size down! The fit is SO flattering and makes your waist look amazing!

I was really disappointed in this. Sized down for a more fitted fit but the shoulder pads were huge, which also left a gaping front despite me being large chested.
