I was expecting this to be a top that is like a cape but with arm holes etc but it is literally a poncho over the head . However I still like it but the description needs to be clearer as you definitely need to wear a top under it

This is literally a poncho not a top. You would need to wear something underneath as when I raised my arms, everything on show.

I love this cape top. It's light weight and flattering. I'm a UK 16 and the M/L fits me great.
