I wanted to love this skirt and the matching top. The skirt sits funny around the pleats - it's like it needs a more structured material to work. The material feels thin and overall it looks cheap.

I sized up based on the reviews. Fits very nicely overall and around the hips, but I'll need to reduce the waist about an inch. But it is wearable as is, for now.
