Short dress in a soft twill with gathers throughout the design that create a ruched effect. Fitted bodice with a square neckline, wide, elasticated shoulder straps and smocking at the back. Shaping seams at the front and back, a V-shaped seam at the waist and a flared skirt. Cotton lining.
