Oversized off-the-shoulder dress in a viscose-blend weave with multiple rows of narrow elastication and a small frill trim at the top. Long balloon sleeves in a raglan cut with elasticated cuffs, a spaghetti tie belt with beaded ends at the waist, and a rounded hem. Unlined.
