I like that when you remove the scarf you have normal classic white skirt. The front part is neat and the back is elasticated. I'm usually size S/36 but had to go for size XS. The description says lined but it isn't lined that's why - 1star. Otherwise the material is lightweight poplin, not too see through if you're wearing nude underwear.
