We bought a bit big because my daughter's current size was sold out but these will still work and quality seems excellent. Th fleece lining is thicker than I anticipated and looks cozy and warm. We haven't put them to the test but they also look like they will be very waterproof as well.
Fleece-lined rain trousers in breathable wind- and waterproof functional fabric with sealed seams and reflective details for added visibility. Press-studs at the sides and elasticated shoulder straps with plastic fasteners. Elasticated hems and a detachable, reinforced elastic strap under the feet that can be replaced when worn out to prolong the life of the trousers. Water column rating of 10,000 mm.
