Reading the reviews I disagree with some of them, I bought a size 14 and that's the size I am and it fitted perfectly. It comes up maxi on me as I am 5ft 4 but I prefer that. I feel the material is nice and light at the top and when the reviews say it's too thick and heavy I think it isn't it feels fine maybe they mean that there is too much material at the bottom where it is pleated
