Long dress in a textured weave made from a viscose blend. Features a frill collar and a smocked yoke at the front and back that continues over the shoulders, adorned with a ruffle and wide frill trim along the bottom edge. Long balloon sleeves with narrow elastication around the wrists and flared cuffs. Gathered, ruffled tier above the hem to create added width. Lined with a jersey underdress that has narrow, adjustable shoulder straps.
