Overall I thought the fabric had a nice sheen and pattern more so to be worn for evening outings; the lace was definitely a nice addition, however, the style is not a typical pull over your head cape due to a small 3 cm stitch along the lower end under the sleeve. Its designed so that once you place your arm thru the stitched area the cape will then stay in place. A bit awkward for my liking. Returned!
