H&M Membership is a free digital loyalty programme accessible via the H&M app or at hm.com where members collect points on every purchase and enjoy exclusive benefits.

How to Join.

It is free, fast and simple to join! The program is completely digital. Just download the H&M app or go to hm.com and sign up. Already have an hm.com account? Simply provide us with your Birthday to become a member.

Collect points every time you shop, by completing your membership profile and inviting your friends to become members. You can also collect Conscious points by recycling clothes you no longer use (recycling will also give you a digital Bonus Voucher), by bringing your own bag when you shop in store and for every Conscious choice you make. For every 200 points you collect, you unlock a Rs. 300.00 Bonus Vouchers that you can use for your next purchase!
How to redeem your offers.

In-Store: 1. Go to your account in the H&M app or on hm.com 2. Choose the offer under the My Account tab you would like to use 3. Show the offer to the cashier and it will be applied. Online: 1. Ensure you are logged into your account 2. Simply choose the offer you would like to use at checkout and it will automatically be applied

For every 200 points earned you get a bonus voucher to use on your next purchase. That's our way of giving back to you.

All your purchases in store and online are rewarded with points. To collect points in store, always remember to scan your membership ID via the H&M app. You can also earn points by completing your profile, earning you 20 points, by recycling your garments earning you 20 points, by bringing your own bag when you shop in-store earning you 5 points, and by inviting your friends to become members. You'll earn 50 points for every new member that completes their first purchase. Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 24 hours to update.

Your Bonus can be applied both at the checkout online by choosing Add to Bag, or in store by choosing Use in Store. Please note that choosing Use in store will start a 30 minute count down in which the voucher must be used. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. This means if you return something you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each individual item.

Select Pay later as your payment option at checkout. Using Pay later online will automatically activate Pay later for use in store.

When shopping in-store
If you've used Pay later online before and have the latest version of the H&M app, you are all set to use Pay later in store. Just show the cashier your QR-code. As soon as it's scanned, the purchase is registered.

If you've not used it online before, make sure that your H&M app is updated. Activate Pay later easily under My Account, where you find your member QR-code.

You can always check if Pay later is activated under My Account, by clicking on your member QR-code.
