With Pay later you will be able to:

Get the H&M APP

Let's take a look at how it works in three quick steps.

  • Shop

    Want to shop online, in the H&M app or in our stores? Pay later works everywhere. If you'd like to use Pay later in store, you'll need to download the H&M app. If you already have the H&M app, make sure it's the latest version.

  • Checkout

    When you're ready to checkout in store, just show your member QR-code at the cash register — you'll find you QR code on your account page in the H&M app. When shopping online, just select Pay later at the checkout.

  • Pay

    You automatically have 30 days to pay for your purchase. All your purchase information is available on your account page online and in the H&M app. Go to 'My invoices – H&M x Klarna' where you can pay, manage and view all your payments.

How to handle your payments

You can always choose how to manage your payments after your puchase is made, in the H&M app. Go to 'My invoices — H&M x Klarna' and choose the way that suits you. Here are some of your options.

  • Pay now

    Don't like to wait? Just pay it all at once. 

  • Snooze

    Not ready to pay just yet? Postpone your purchase and pay for it a little later.

  • Slice it

    Prefer to take your time? Slice up your payments and pay a little every month.

  • Monthly Invoice

    Collect all your purchases on one monthly invoice.

GOOD TO KNOW

For your safety, H&M will occasionally ask you to provide an ID when you shop in store with Pay later. When activating Pay later or purchasing online with any Klarna provided payment method, you automatically have the possibility to use the member QR-code for your purchase in store. Please note that when you have activated Pay later, all your payment information is available in your smartphone. Therefore you should never share your password or account information. If your phone is lost, please contact us or Klarna. Pay later is a collaboration with Klarna.
