Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order you have 15 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good condition with all the labels attached. Returns are free of charge.

FAQ
You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
For returns in store the refund is triggered at the moment of return. Please allow 7 business days for the money to be refunded on your payment method.
We conduct quality checks upon receiving returns at our warehouse and process refunds accordingly. We reserve the right to deny the refund in case an item fails in the quality check or if we receive items that do not belong to H&M.
