1. Wash and dry your feet and put on the plastic socks. Close the plastic socks around the ankles with the supplied tape. 2. Wear the plastic socks for 1 hour. Use a pair of cotton socks on the outside of the plastic socks. 3. Then remove the plastic socks and wash your feet with Ph-neutral soap and dry with a towel. After about 3-7 days, the dead skin cells will loosen and the feet will begin to flake. Let the dead skin cells separate on their own. Ta evt. a foot bath. The peeling process ends after approx. 14 days. The result may vary. Repeat the treatment as needed, up to 4 times a year.
