Tip! The first time you use MATTE EYE LINER, it is advisable to ‘warm up’ the tip with a couple of swipes on your hand. If you are going to blend out the eyeliner, it is important to do it immediately after applying the eyeliner, as it dries fast. Create a smokey eye by pulling the lower eyelid gently and letting the eyeliner glide along the wet edge. Define the upper edge of the lash by drawing as close as possible to the roots of the lashes. Extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of the eye, to make the eye look larger. If you like, blend the eye liner immediately as eye shadow.
