Step 1. Before application, make sure your lips are clean and hydrated. If you have dry, chapped lips start by applying a thin layer of balm to add moisture. Step 2. Use the applictor tip to outline the shape of your lips with soft strokes. Step 3. Swipe the applictor along the top and bottom lips to fill in color. Step 4. If needed, apply again for more color.
