The formula easily sinks into the skin and can therefore be applied with fingers or any preferred tool. After moisturizing, sweep the stick directly onto the skin or use a compact brush or makeup sponge. Regardless of the method, you will experience a smooth and flawless finish every time. For a natural and lighter coverage – dampen a makeup sponge such as the Smooth Operator Makeup Sponge with water and squeeze out the excess. Apply the stick directly onto the skin and blend out with the damp sponge. For fuller coverage – use the 501 Flat Kabuki makeup brush or a dry Smooth Operator Makeup Sponge. Apply the stick directly onto the skin and blend out with your chosen tool OR pick up the formula from the stick with your tool and then apply it to the skin.
