Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

H&M are happy to refund within 30 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.Please note that you are not able to return personal care products (hair clips, combs, and other similar products), pierced jewellery, underwear (including swimwear), and hosiery.
