size up one or even two times your size. i’m a large and got an xl and it was not only difficult to put on but also kept rolling down my stomach leaving an awkward indent from where it was squeezing and bunched up. but they are comfortable to wear, no constrained feeling like some shapewear can give and it does smooth things out!

These tights are good for shaping and have a firm hold, but they rip too easily. I wore them once and whilst pulling up they laddered. They fit tight so if you want them more comfortable and stretchy maybe size up

Got thorn in less than 1 attempts. The shareware is amazing and very nicely made however the quality of the socks are very poor. The socks got ripped multiple places!

After just one wear, the new pair of tights from this order that I put on split on the thigh in the control part (that should be thicker)

I bought a size Large, cannot get past my knees. Sizing is awful and fabric very delicate. Not worth the price.
