Tapered Linen Blend Pants

I actually already own the beige pair from a year or two ago in the size 10 and they fit me great. I have a smaller waist and larger quads. I thought I'd get this years version in black and the size and material is completely different! The material is thinner and the size 10 fit the same on my waist as my beige pair but the legs are so tight on my quads! I sized up to a 12 and the legs then fit the same as my old pair but the waist is too big. Why change it H&M? You had a good thing going.

The linen-blend was less itchy than other H&M linen items that are typically rough and obviously cheap quality, but the waist was way too tight for the rest of the proportions. It fit perfect in my hips and thighs which is actually my widest part (usually what I have difficulty with fitting) but I could not close it on the waist. Should be designed with an elastic at the back of the waist for comfort, who wants restricting pants in the summer.

I loved these pants when I first got them. I'm between a size 4 and 6 at H&M; I decided to err on the side of caution and went with the 6. They looked amazing. Great fit, classy - Monaco cool. However, they did stretch out after the first wear, as linen does. I threw them into the dryer on a gentle cycle (I've successfully done this with other items in the past), and they're DESTROYED. So sad. Don't be like me, don't toss them in the dryer.

Really nice trousers. Perfect as summer work trousers. Lovely shape, very nice trousers, nice cropped length on me but I have quite short legs so might be too cropped for some? Ordered various sizes as I'm a 12/14 which can translate as 12, 14 or 16 in H&M. I've kept the 14 and 16 as both fit well currently and I'd like to be in the smaller ones in a few weeks! The 12 are tight but not outrageously so, so just a little too small for size.

These are stunning. Quite loose on the leg so perfect for warm days and the material is lovely and soft, being linen blend these do crease but I don't find them itchy. The waist is quite small on these, in a 12 on the bottom and got my usual size and while not tight it is more fitted than normal, fine in bottom/thighs which is where I usually have the issue. Lovely french navy colour. Sits ankle length and I'm 5ft 2.

This trouser is an absolute delight! For my height and size it looks tailored made for me. I was worried the colour was going to let the trouser be see through. I bought the matching blazer in size UK small to match with it and it is divine in this UK summer (where rain or sun). I am normally a size 10-12, in trousers but I think this fit might just be a bit small. All in all size 14 was perfect for me. I love it!

Obsessed. The material, the cut the fit, the quality, and for the price as well? They're just impeccable, I can't fault them. I don't normally like trousers with elastic in the waistband either as I find the ruching of the fabric can look cheap but that doesn't seem to be a problem with these. I'm a UK 4 and they're a comfortable fit without using the elastic so would probably fit someone a size 6 too.

Purchasing my 2nd pair. First, I got the black ones in size 4 and now beige in size 6. I'm 5'7" - usually size 26-27 in jeans. Size 4 gives me a more fitted look (just like the black version on the photos here), while size 6 is slightly more relaxed. I really like this particular model: small waist and tailored. Personally, I didn't find the beige color see-through.

For me the fit was very off. The size was good but the top of the trousers was making me look few sizes bigger and the leg was way to short especially when sitting down. Very unflattering. I sent them back. Few months ago I tried on a similar older style of linen trousers in an H&M shop but didn't buy them and I regret it now because they had a beautiful cut.

I would give these pants more stars if I could. I have always wanted to get them because I’ve seen people raving about them all over the internet and I get the hype now! They’re extremely comfortable, lightweight and look so chic! A must for the summer time and I know I will wear them over and over. I went for my true size (size 2) and they fit me perfectly!
