Collar is not scalloped as advertised on site, it's frilled as seen on the striped version of this blouse. Kept it as it's very cute! Fits my 2.2yr old (88cm tall) with some room to grow, length is just below her belly.

This is perfect for layering underneath winter knits for a girly pretty feel. Might be a bit thin for wearing alone. My daughter wears 6-8 in H&M usually, and I got 8-9 in this and it fits nicely with room to grow.
