Barrel High Jeans

I have a pear shaped body and flattering white jeans are hard to find … until I came across these. They skim the body and don’t show any lumps and bumps. The have a premium look without the price tag, and H&M have nailed the pocket size for us big bottomed gals; read - bigger is more flattering. Although these are 100% cotton /rigid they are comfy and portray a put together look whether it be with flats, sneakers or a kitten heel. I am a 29/30 in waist 12 AUS and bought a 12.

If you have larger thighs and a bum, these jeans are perfect! They have a great oversized fit. I usually wear a size 28 waist and ordered both a 10 and 12. I ended up keeping the size 10, which still has a roomy fit. While I could have gone for a size 8, I wanted a more comfortable feel. I'm 5'8", and the length was just above the ankle-unlike most barrel-leg jeans that end up too short. The denim is lightweight, and for the price, these are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I love the fit, they were longer than I wanted. I washed and dried them and they did shrink about an inch in length. The denim is soft and the wash is very nice. A great Jean to try the barrel leg trend without investing 2-300$. Well worth the purchase. The only reason for the 4 star is that they did not offer different leg lengths, even with them shrinking, I need to hem them, I want them just above my ankle bone.

The denim itself is great quality and super-soft. The length is good too (I'm 5 foot 4). That said, I struggle to find jeans which don't gape or sag. I sized down by one size after reading the reviews, but even then, the crotch was just a little too saggy despite the jeans fitting well everywhere else. I'll chance a further size down but maybe I'm not suited for barrel leg pair of jeans!

Great find for a great price! Wanted to try the barrel trend without going overboard and this pair has a nice barrel shape and does not become too baggy. Length is perfect, ankles just visible on a 5'8". Maybe the sizing is on the large side: am usually a 12 but this one is generous; 10 is just too small. Soft cotton, will be a treat to wear!

I am 5ft 8, size 12. After reading the reviews I ordered both the 10 and 12. The 12 had a slouchier fit, sat a mid rise with some room to spare. The hips downwards gave a baggy fit, exactly like a barrel leg jeans. Lengthwise it hit the top of my foot. I have kept the 12 as it's a comfy fit and a good length to wear over autumn/winter.

Great pair of jeans - very stylish. I am surprised I got into the barrel leg jean trend tbh but I actually find them really flattering. I would say these generally run true to size but do give a bit with wear - even though they're 100% cotton it's not a rigid denim. If you're in between sizes you might be better sizing down.

Fit slightly oversized, typically I fit a 4-6 in pants and I still opted for an 8 for a more oversized look. Because I am 5’11” if I pulled them up to my natural waist instead of wearing them baggy and low slung they’d be too short for my preference, as the size 8 have a 28” inseam which is ankle length.

Love these jeans, already have another pair in off white/ beige. Super flattering and such a nice shape. I marked down one star as although they do fit they are a tad tight in the waist which is odd as the beige pair fit perfectly. I am usually a size 10 in jeans but sized down to an 8 based on reviews.

Bare in mind these are very large, I am a 10 and an 8 is slightly loose fit. They are a nice color but the design at the waist is unflattering, unless you have a completely flat tummy, they are not sculpted in the tummy are, they are just straight and slightly buggy in the crotch.
