Soft fabric, true to size, looks nice and love the adjustable waist. My only complaint is that the fabric is thinner compared to other brushed inside leggings we got from H&M, so it's not that warm as the others.

my Daughter loves gabby cat and theres very few out there, this fits perfectly and thicker than your cheaper leggings that will wear out after wear, really happy
