I am usually a 10/12 and for most H&M 12, it is on the looser side of things. For this, 12 was really tight. Couldn’t even put a finger in . This has no elastic on the waist. I am 170cm and it is calf length for me. Returned and waiting for size 14 to arrive.

The skirt is really nice, perfect for summer due to its light weight material (it is double layered) and length (I am 5,3 and it falls above my ankles). The only thing I would point out is that the waist is slightly large so perhaps consider a size down.
