Broderie Anglaise Tie Strap Dress

This is a very pretty dress and the pink colour is very pretty. The blue colour is amazing. The fabric is thick and slightly itchybut I'm hoping with washes that well ease the itchiness. It is not suitable to wear in the 30°C temperatures. However, I'm hoping that will be okay to wear it once temperature is cool. The light pink dress I am thinking to wear as a nightie. The strip down the front that is see-through is so narrow that I don't think you can see anything. If the dress is at all see-through I will wear a petticoat. The straps are very cute with the beads and adjustable. The dress looks very nice on.

I love the colour of this and it's very pretty. The straps are adjustable which is great and the beads on the end are very . Although there is the vertical section down the front which is see-through. I don't think you can really see anything. The fabric is a thick and itchy, but I am thinking that I will wear this when it's slightly less hot than it is currently.. The dress looks good on and if it is see-through, I will wear a petticoat. The fabric is sustainable and breathable and the straps are adjustable.

I was looking for this kind of dress, glad I found this. The colour is so pretty, the design is lovely. I like rustic material, it is a bit itchy though. Not too bad. Worth case I'll wear it with a tee. The dress looks good on. It's true to the size. The spaghetti straps make it suitable for people of different height. You can wear it with a cowboy boots or sandals, there few styling possibilities. It's a keeper for me.

Nice dress, sits a little weird on the bust, the embroidery part is a bit rigid, but it would be a good dress if the straps weren't such a nightmare for washing -- each wash I get a tangled mess because of the stones at the ends. In its third wash (used delicate setting in the machine) one of the straps tore, not in seam but actually material tore apart.

I sized down from xl to L I am 5'4ft and it goes to the perfect length. It's a beautiful dress, the material feels like linen and is lovely. Feels really expensive. The lovely beads on the straps give it an expensive look.

I initially checked the material- says viscose and linen blend. How come viscose weighs so heavy? And what kind of linen feels Itchy. I did not get that, confused and returned. Design is timeless and lovely though.

Good quality. Nice linen . Color is accurate. 1 thing about this dress is the open fabric down the front of the dress. Wear as a coverup or wear a slip if you’re wearing it as a dress. Hence 4 out of 5 *

Love the dress, pale pink colour was weirdly close to my pale skin colour so not good but black is a lovely classic easy-breezy style!

This was a really nice style but unfortunately it was much to thick the fabric threw me off again I didn't bother to try it on
