Short dress in a cotton weave. Features a round neckline with a keyhole opening and a concealed button at the back. Flutter sleeves with a wide frill trim at the cuffs. Detachable tie belt at the waist and a wrap skirt with a wide frill trim at the hem. Jersey lining.
