I love the design idea however the execution of it is poor. The material is not flattering and it just felt cheap and did not sit in the right places

Short dress in woven fabric. Features a vest style bodice and a sewn in pleated skirt. Round neckline, metal buttons down the front and princess seams down the front and back. Elastication at the waist and an overlocked hem. Unlined.
