I'm a size 10-12 and the Small fitted nicely. The Beige is incredibly see through have to wear nude underwear they also show absolutely every lump and bump. They are however comfortable so I'm going to keep to wear around the house

One size down is fine if you want to wear the fits just your size because the material is stretchy! Softy and very comfy.
