I sized up, as advised by other reviews. I got 12 (usually dress size 10). Whilst it fitted on the waist and across the bust it still had a gap between the two bust buttons. Sizing up further would not help as the waist would be too big. Shame as it's a nice cut on the waist and it is lined so clearly the issue is with the bust cut.
