Short, off the shoulder dress in sheer chiffon. Features a small frill trim and elastication around the top. Long balloon sleeves with flared cuffs and narrow elastication around the wrists. Smocked section below the bust extending to the hips for a flattering silhouette. Gently flared, asymmetrical skirt. Unlined.
