Quality isn't great
Dress in sheer tulle with an all over print. Features a round neckline and short, double layered flutter sleeves with a frill trim that runs over the shoulders. Gathers at the waist and a voluminous skirt. Keyhole opening at the back with a button fastener. Lined.
