Where is my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 30 days from the date you drop off your return or provide proof of return. This timeframe includes shipping, item inspection, and refund processing.Card Payments: The refund will be credited back to the same card or payment method used when placing your order.Cash on Delivery:  The refund will be transferred to the bank account linked to your H&M MyAccount.Reminder: If you return all items from your order together, your delivery fee will be refunded. However, should you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Where is my return?

Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as confirmation of return.If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

I am missing items from my order

If you are missing an item from your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery mail, we wont charge you for any cancelled items. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order informtion so we can help.
