Who will deliver my parcel?

H&M online delivery is handled by J&T. You will receive an email or SMS prior to your parcel delivery from our partner.

How can I track my parcel?

Once we begin packing your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link.You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you sign in at My Account. or by visiting J&T website.
